By accessing Hydra Wallet or any DApp/GameFi available on the Marketplace at hydrawallet.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the services.

2. Service Description

Hydra Wallet is a non-custodial Cardano wallet that enables:

• Management of ADA and native tokens

• Connection to and interaction with DApps and GameFi apps

• Fast transaction processing through Hydra Layer 2 technology

Hydra Marketplace is an ecosystem of decentralized applications and games built on Hydra, optimized for speed and seamless user experience.

3. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to use Hydra Wallet and related services. Users below the required age are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the services.

4. Non-custodial & Security

We do not store your private keys, seed phrases, or any sensitive credentials. You are fully responsible for managing and securing your wallet.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Refrain from using the platform for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities

• Take full responsibility for confirmed transactions

• Avoid abusing DApps/GameFi (e.g., exploiting bugs, spamming, cheating)

6. Risks & Disclaimers

• Using blockchain technology involves technical risks (e.g., connection loss, failed transactions, smart contract bugs)

• We are not liable for any loss resulting from user error, external system failure, or third-party smart contract vulnerabilities

7. Modifications to Service

Hydra Wallet and the Marketplace applications may be updated, suspended, or modified at any time without prior notice.
