2. Service Description This game is deployed on the Cardano blockchain and utilizes Hydra Layer 2 technology to ensure efficient, transparent, and near-instant interactions between players. No traditional account registration is required — players participate using a non-custodial Cardano wallet.

3. Age Restriction The game is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By participating, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age requirement in your jurisdiction. If underage use is detected, we reserve the right to block access.

4. Fair Play Commitment All matches use a commit–reveal mechanism to prevent cheating, along with smart contracts to determine outcomes in an automatic and transparent manner. We do not interfere with match results.

5. Fees and Rewards Players are responsible for any applicable blockchain transaction fees. Rewards and fees are distributed automatically via a transparent on-chain mechanism and are non-refundable in cases of user error or disconnection from the game session.

6. Disclaimer The game is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. All usage is at the user’s own risk.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
